  1. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is superb remedy helpful in easing leg pain. It works well on pain associated with arthritis and gout. Owing to its alkalizing effect, it ensures that the crystals of uric acid present in the blood get dissolved. It is these crystals that cause pain.Moreover, apple cider vinegar also helps in removal of toxin buildup in the joints and connective tissues. Additionally, this vinegar is a rich source of potassium, calcium and other minerals needed to reduce pain and inflammation.Add about two cups of unfiltered apple cider vinegar in your lukewarm bath water and stir well. Soak in the goodness of this water for half an hour. Do it daily for about a week.Also, pour in two tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar and a spoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. Stir well and drink this solution daily for a few days.

Turmeric is known to be a universal healer and therefore, is quite effective in treating leg pain too. It possesses antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, essential for curing any type of pain.The presence of a compound called curcumin in turmeric helps in hindering the growth of molecules responsible for causing inflammation and pain.To use it, just take one teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix it with some lukewarm sesame oil to get a paste. Now apply some of it on the affected leg and massage gently. After half an hour, wash your leg with warm water. Follow this remedy daily for two times in a day.You can also mix a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk and drink it before hitting the bed. This solution alleviates all types of pains.You can also consume turmeric supplements. However, do consult your doctor before consuming them.

  1. Ginger

Ginger consists of anti-inflammatory properties, which are responsible for reducing both pain and inflammation. This spice is also helpful in boosting blood circulation, essential for relieving muscle pain.Just dab a few drops of ginger oil on the affected leg and massage gently. You can also drink a cup of ginger tea to reduce pain. To make it, just add a few slices of ginger in a cup of boiling water and then, let it simmer for five minutes. Later strain the solution and stir in a spoon of honey to sweeten it. Drink it at least two times in a day. After consulting a doctor, you can also consider taking ginger supplements.

Lemon too is a great ingredient helpful in curing leg pain. This is because of the presence of antioxidants in it. Antioxidants basically flush out the bad toxins from the body, which are one of the main reasons behind several types of aches in the body. Besides, lemon also helps in maintaining the pH balance of the body, which in essential for preventing pain and inflammation.All you need to do is mix together equal portions of lemon juice and castor oil. Then apply this concoction on the affect ted leg and massage gently. Follow this remedy three times in a day for at least a fortnight.
