Parents always teach you as a child is how to care for your teeth, gums, and mouth. Sure, systematic brushing  is critical to how clear, clean and bright your teeth are, but did you know there is a lot more you can do? In fact, there are ways you can organically care for your teeth, Dental care is the maintenance of oral hygiene and healthy teeth. We should keep our teeth and mouth clean in order to stop cavities, gum disease and other dental disease. Some of which are extremely organic and easy will quickly become a part of your daily oral care routine.


Natural remedies for oral care-

Eucalyptus Oil- You have surely heard about the variety of benefits given by essential oil. It is surprising to learn that, even this works well when you are applying it for teeth care. Mostly essential oils such as eucalyptol, tea tree, and menthol, can help to kill bacteria in your mouth. This keeps your gums from inflammation. You'll find toothpaste and mouthwash with these substance for sure.

Vitamin D- Vitamin D is amazing for your mouth by helping your body to fight with bacteria.  Studies show you may be more likely to get gum problems if you don't have enough of it.

Clove Oil- If you get a toothache after all that, clove oil works wonder. Apply directly to the tooth with a Q-tip. A paste of ginger and cayenne powder also works great.

Aloe Vera- Aloe Vera gel is also works wonder to be healthy for the gums and may be applied in small amount if you have an inflammation. Be sure to use toothpaste that contains aloe Vera which has many healing compounds. Similar to its use on skin, the aloe Vera in toothpaste is used to clear and calm gums and teeth, and is effective to fight cavities.

Green Tea- Green tea is a best for Oral Care. Drink green or black tea (without added sugar or aspartame). Having of these teas prevents accumulation of dental plaque and bacteria in the mouth and helps to prevent tooth decay. Rinse with green tea for a natural fluoride wash.

Coconut Oil- Did you ever hear that coconut oil will be beneficial in working as a toothpaste alternative? Yes, it is a true fact indeed.  Coconut oil has anti bacterial as well as anti fungal properties, it will be beneficial to serve the purpose of mouth cleaning as well.

 Brush Twice a day- Just brushes your teeth at least twice in a day, after breakfast and dinner, in order to erase food residue. Brushing helps to erase plaque from the tooth surface and prevents the level of acidity in the mouth.

Dental care is the maintenance of oral hygiene and healthy teeth. We all need to keep our mouth and teeth clean in order to stop cavities, gum disease and other dental disease.
