What is the return policy of Joybynature.com?

We want to ensure that you have a hasslefree shopping experience with us. For that we have developed a comprehensive return policy for you. You can contact us at info@joybynature.com to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
Wherever possible our logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees will be borne by us.

What are the conditions for returning a product?

You must make sure the products under return are not tampered with, used or worn. They should not be washed, dry cleaned or pressed with iron in the case of apparel. The item should not be broken or damaged. All the products must be in their original packing with all the inner packing material, manuals and accessories. Price tag should not be tampered with or removed or smudged. Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy.

Under what conditions will my order stand automatically cancelled?

In the event of non-delivery of items due to incomplete/wrong address or continuous unavailability of person at the shipping address to receive the items from courier partner, the order will be cancelled automatically and the two way courier service and handling charges will be deducted from your card payment, and the balance shall be refunded .

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting Customer Support at various stages.
Cancellation prior to shipment initiation: You can cancel by calling our customer support prior to the time of order process or shipment. While cancelling your order, you can request refund (in case of prepaid online payment only). Kindly note that all refunds will be made within 10 business days from the date of cancellation. Cancellation after the Shipment is made: There is no option of cancellation after shipment is received by customer. You may replace or exchange the product as per our return policy.

If I receive a damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery, what should I do?

If the received products are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery, you must note the details of any damage or error in supply and must inform us (by phone or email only) within 48 hrs of receipt of the items. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
