Here, we are sharing some juices and their recipes that will not only boost up energy in minutes but will also take care of your skin and body.

  • Beetroot Juice- Beetroot juice is dark purple in color which will provide you better endurance, will give you that immense stamina to work out for longer hours, will help in lowering blood pressure, and it will provide better blood flow to the brain.


Recipe- For 1 glass of beetroot juice you need to take 2 beetroots of medium size, half cup water, few pudina leaves and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients in a juicer and energy giving juice will be ready in few seconds.


  • Carrots and Broccoli juice- This one is the best juice for your immune system and hence improves your immune system. Carrot’s bright orange color is due to the presence of beta carotene. Other carotenes present in carrot are alpha carotene, gamma carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin. Alpha and beta carotenes are metabolized into vitamin A. Apart from this, carrots are the good source of vitamin K and vitamin B6. While broccoli is very high in vitamin C, which increases the production of infection fighting white blood cells.


Recipe- This juice can be prepared by taking 3 carrots, 1 stalk broccoli and 1 tablespoon of ginger juice. Mix all in a juicer and make your immune system strong!


  • Spinach and broccoli juice- This one will not only increase your energy but will also relieve your stress for sure. This juice acts as the best stress buster. Spinach is high in amino acid tryptophan, which helps in elevating your mood and assures you a sound sleep. It is also high in magnesium which will further relax nerves and muscles. And broccoli we know that it helps in making immune system strong.


Recipe-Take 2 big handfuls spinach, 3 stalks of broccoli, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and you can also 1 tomato if you want. Put all this in your juicer and once it’s done, consume fresh and feel the difference.


  • Papaya and ginger juice- This juice will vanish all your digestion and gastric problems. Papaya is considered as one of the best fruit when it comes to treating digestion. It will relieve all your stomach issues. Papaya contains papain, which is an enzyme that helps in digesting proteins. Papaya is a powerful fruit. Recipe- ½ small papaya, 1 tablespoon of ginger juice, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix all this and drink whenever you suffer from digestion the next time.


  • Ginger and pepper juice- This on comes from the time of our great grandmothers. It is the best juice for fighting colds. Ginger stimulates the digestive system and has been used as a natural treatment for treating cold and cough since ages. Pepper contains high concentration of beta carotene, which helps in getting rid of free radicals from the body that causes cell damage and it also protects the body against infection. And finally the high concentration of vitamin C in lemon juice will help in fighting infections and will safeguard you.


Recipe- 1-ounce ginger, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 pinch of pepper powder.


  • Celery and cinnamon juice- This will reduce your sweet cravings. Celery provides sufficient electrolytes and alkalizing minerals. It is rich in nutrients and good for your health. It also helps in reducing sugar cravings. Cinnamon contains compounds that help in the regulation of blood sugar. Thus, your cravings will be reduced and you will stay fit.
