  • While the rice is cooking, melt the white chocolate in a pan by adding some water to it.
  • Stir frequently to avoid the same to stick to the bottom of the pan. You may also melt the chocolate in a microwave.
  • At this point the key components of this delicious dessert are ready separately.


To Serve-

  • Divide the Black Rice in four dessert bowls
  • Add about one tablespoon of white chocolate
  • Mix it well
  • Pour a bit of coconut milk
  • Crush a cookie and sprinkle it over, you may also add nuts after chopping ten finely or fruits as well.

Your dessert is now ready for you to enjoy. The taste is a creamy rich combination of coconut, chocolate and the Black Rice. Black Rice is usually heavier and richer than the other rice varieties that are usually available, so a small helping of this dessert is very filling.
