- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of cumin seeds (jeera)
- 2 slit green chillies
- 3 cups whey
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1/2 cup of paneer (cottage cheese), cut into 12 mm (1/2”) cubes
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds start crackling then add the 2 green chillies that are slit Add in the whey,salt and pepper. Mix them all well and bring it to a boil.
- Add the paneer and coriander mix well and simmer for 30 seconds.
