Recipe 1: Blueberry Breakfast Quinoa

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups toned milk
  • ½ tspground cinnamon
  • 1 seeded vanilla bean
  • 2 cups of cooked Organic Quinoa
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • ¼ cup diced almonds
  • 1 tbsp. of organic honey

 

Whisk together the milk, ground cinnamon and the vanilla bean in a glass and add to a serving bowl containing a scoop of cooked organic quinoa. Top it with the blueberries and diced almonds and drizzle with some honey. Your breakfast is ready to eat!!

Recipe 2: Blueberry-Almond-Breakfast Quinoa Smoothie

Breakfast quinoa, prepared with almond milk laced with vanilla, when mixed with a blueberry smoothie, makes for a really quick and healthy breakfast!

This quick 5-minutes breakfast recipe needs just these to get you one of the most nutritious and tasty breakfast!

For Breakfast Quinoa:

  • Take 1 cup of uncooked organic Quinoa in a saucepan and combine with 2 cups of Almondmilk. Bring to boil, cover and let it simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let the quinoa cool.

 

For the smoothie:

  • Place 2 cups of Almondmilk into a blender jar with about 4 cups of frozen blueberries and blend to form a creamy and smooth paste.

 

For the topping:

  • Take ¼ cup of Honey in a small bowl and add about 1 ½ tbsp. of almond milk to it. Mix well. Now divide the blueberries smoothie into serving bowls and add the cooked quinoa to them. Drizzle some organic honey on each bowl and top them with some sliced, toasted almonds.

Recipe 3: Blueberry-Lemon-Breakfast Quinoa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 2 cups toned milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup
  • ½ lemon zest
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tspflax seed

 

Rinse the organic quinoaunder cold water to do away with the bitterness inherent to it. Heat the 2 cups of milk in a saucepan and stir in the quinoa with the salt. Simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes and then remove from heat. Stir in the maple syrup and lemon the lemon zest. Now add the blueberries into the mixture. Serve the quinoa and blueberry preparation in serving bowls topped with the flax seeds.
