Dry Fruits

Dry fruits and nuts have abundant amounts of vitamins, proteins, minerals and dietary fiber. They contain various properties that are beneficial to the entire body, head to toe. They keep heart disease at bay, prevent anaemia, maintain cholesterol, improve haemoglobin levels and ensure proper functioning of all the vital organs of the body.

Raisins are an excellent source of calcium and vitamin A that are essential for strong bones and improved vision. Cashew nuts ensure dental health and walnuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that ensure proper brain development.

C. Green Flax & Peanut Laddoo

This easy recipe is great to mix and carry along while you travel, especially when you can’t have easy access to quality food while you are on-road.

This recipe includes salted peanuts as your body tends to lose salt through perspiration while you are outdoors. The whole pecans add lots of nutrition. The sunflower seeds add a different flavor and texture and they play a major part in energy generation. To round out the flavor for extra sweetness, dark raisins and light raisins are added. These provide natural sugars and a concentration of fruity flavors. The banana chips add an extra crunchy flavor to this mix.
