Suitable moisturiser: A mild, gentle and soothing moisturiser which is oil-free.

When should you moisturize?

  • Moisturize immediately after a shower

Your skin becomes dry right after a shower. Therefore, it needs to be hydrated with moisturiser to dampen the skin.

  • Moisturize right before you go to bed

Some of the most delicate parts of the body such as hands, elbows, feet and knees tend to lose moisture as they are mostly exposed to air throughout the day. Moisturizing these parts before going to bed would keep your skin hydrated.
