- Egg Yolk
Egg yolk too is considered to be a great nourisher. Its application can thoroughly moisturize your skin, thus leaving it soft, supple and glowing. To use it, just prepare a mixture by adding olive oil, lemon juice and rose water to one egg yolk. Beat the concoction to get a smooth paste. Now apply this paste as a mask and then allow it to dry. Later wash off with lukewarm water. Do finish with a good moisturizer.
- Grapeseed Oil
Grapeseed oil too possesses healing and nourishing properties. Its application will surely heal your dry and peeled skin. This oil is abundantly available in the market so you need not worry about its availability. Just mix it with some base oil like olive or coconut and then, apply it on our skin. - Sandalwood Pack
To heal a peeled skin, all you need to do is add one teaspoon each of sandalwood powder and turmeric powder in some honey. Also add a few drops of olive oil to get a smooth paste. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and then dab some of it on the affected skin. After half an hour, wash the skin with lukewarm water. Besides, sandalwood soap is also a great remedy to cure peeling skin.
- Papaya
Papaya is a powerhouse of antioxidants, which are extremely helpful in healing several types of skin ailments, particularly peeled skin.To use it, take a slice of ripe papaya and mash it completely. Then apply this pulp on your skin. Also, if you are using it as a foot mask, cover your foot with cotton so that the pulp does not fall down. Once the mask dries up, exfoliate your skin by rubbing it slightly. This will help in removing dead cells and promote regeneration of new ones. Later, wash your skin with lukewarm water. Finish with a good moisturizer. Follow this remedy at least thrice a week.
