Research at UWA has exposed that tea tree oil has broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and anti-cancer effects. Laboratory studies are ongoing and some clinical work has begun.

Tea tree, also known as melaleuca, is well-known for its influential antiseptic properties and aptitude to cure wounds. Organic Tea tree Essential oil (TTO), the unstable essential oil resulting mainly from the Australian inhabitant plant Melaleuca alternifolia has been extensively used all through Australia for at least the past hundred years. And for over seven decades, it’s been recognized in numerous medical studies to kill many strains of bacteria, fungi and viruses.

Tea Tree Oil for cleaning- Another fantastic way to use tea tree oil is as a house cleaner. It’s been shown to decrease the gum bleeding and tooth decay. Simply add some drops of tea tree oil, coconut oil and baking soda for amazing homemade toothpaste.

Tea Tree oil to treat Chicken Pox- Te Blend a few drops of tea tree oil with 1 tablsp of olive oil, and use a soft cotton bud to apply the oil to sores two or three times a day. Tea tree oil is very beneficial to treat chicken pox.
