It might be very hard to believe that she had managed to lose weight from 100 kilograms to just its half, and reached 55 kg, in a matter of just a few months, while a big majority of population is trying out numerous ways to lose weight.
Zarine Khan’s excessive weight was the consequence of her laid back life style and her love for junk food. The youngsters are prone to obesity and weight gain due to the hectic lifestyle and the unhealthy food habits. Movies and acting was not in the dreams of Zarine Khan .She always wanted to be a doctor. But in a later stage of life, she couldn’t achieve her dream of becoming a doctor. It was then, she, shifted her focus on becoming a model and then in to acting.
This decision was the fuel for her strict and effective weight loss management program. And within a few month, with right set of exercises and workout plans and a healthy and balanced diet, she lost 45 kilograms.

Though Zarine Khan’s debut appearance was a bit disappointing due to her overweight, she worked hard to get back in shape which was visible in the sexy and hot moves of the song “Character Dheela Hai” with Salman Khan in the movie Ready. Later, she was also spotted in a fit and hot body in Housefull 2.
And her transformation is mainly due to the result of the workout regime under the supervision of her gym instructor Yasmin Karachiwala, who made her do Pilates, weight training, and cardio exercise like swimming, jogging and spinning. She also tried out different variants of workouts as she felt bored by the same and continuous stretches and exercises
Diet of Zarine Khan
At most times, it’s not necessary to starve without food to lose weight. Starving or going without food, may have adverse effects too.
