It is said that tea is not good for health but, how many of you can ignore tea? If this question is being asked to me my answer will be… I can’t... And probably many of us don’t even want to imagine our day starts without tea. Tea is used all over the word and could be called as most popular beverage across India. There are different types of tea available in market including organic tea, ginger tea, tulsi tea, green tea, herbal tea, lemon tea, cinnamon tea etc. These options give you a chance to choose tea according to your taste. And I guess there is no need to explain that feeling of freshness when you take a sip of your favorite tea.


Different types of Organic tea

 There are different flavors available in tea. These varieties of tea have many health benefits. Organic is something which contains more of what we want and less of what we don’t want. Organic tea does not contain chemical, antibiotics and pesticide element. Organic tea is beneficial for all the age group people. Different types of tea are mentioned below-

  • Green tea- Green tea has herbs that helps you to reduce weight and known as natural weight loss supplement. Having green tea at night increases metabolism of our body, resulting body starts losing weight over night. Green tea works as anti- stress agent, having a sip of green could really get you a feeling of relaxation.  



  • Ginger tea- Ginger tea is used in winters. Because of its warm texture, I really love ginger tea in winters... Don’t you? It improves stomach performance. Ginger tea is used to soak inflamed joints, Relieves nausea, Fights with respiratory problems and Improves blood circulation. Ginger is also used for many ayurvedic medicines for health.




  • Tulsi tea- Tulsi plant is known for its scarcity, reason being it is called Holy basil. Tulsi has so much to give for human body. Tulsi does wonder in several ways, it helps in athirst, beats stress, beneficial for skin, hair, dental and oral health. Because of significant benefits of Tulsi tea it is called the Queen of herbs”.



  • Lemon tea- Lemon needs no approvals as we all know this little fruit is full of traits. Lemon has strong antibacterial, antiviral, and immune-boosting power which build immunity and fight infection. This tiny fruit is full of vitamin C, citric acid, calcium, bioflavonoid, pectin. Lemon clears skin, balances PH levels, freshen breath, promotes healing, lifts our mood and aids in weight loss. Lemon tea in morning can get you huge health benefits.
