Sip In And Relish The Tasty Multi-Fruit Anti-Cholesterol Juice
A powerful combination of orange, papaya and banana blended together provides a strong drink that beats cholesterol. This unique blend of fruits is a rich source of potassium, vitamin C and fibre. 1 medium sized orange that is separated into segments
1/4 medium sized papaya that is cut into pieces
1 banana which is cut into small pieces
Small quantity of crushed ice to serve
HOPPER / JUICER
Put in all the ingredients in a juicer and juice them, except the bananas.
Blend the bananas to a purée in a blender and then add it to the juice.
Add some crushed ice pieces in 2 glasses and pour the juice over it.
Serve immediately.
Blend all the ingredients using little amounts of water (if required) till it is smooth.
Slowly strain the juice alone using a strainer or a muslin cloth.
