Recipe:
Serving Size: 8 patties
Ingredients:
- 1 cup – Organic Daliya
- 4 tablespoon - sweet corn, boiled and mashed
- 4 tablespoon - green peas, boiled
- 4 carrots, grated
- 2 tablespoon – ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon green chili paste
- 2 tablespoon - oil
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Soak Daliya in water for 2 hours.
- Drain and mix together Daliya, sweet corn, green peas, carrot, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste and salt.
- Flatten the mixture into 8 patties
- Smear oil on a pan and cook until the patties are done.
- Serve hot.
Serving suggestions:
Serve it with sweet tomato ketchup, creamy mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for an evening snack. You can also wrap it in pita bread with some fresh iceberg lettuce and a dash of Tahini for a complete meal in the morning or afternoon.
