Your cheeks define your look. They not only make you look young but also attractive. Usually, sagging cheeks are a sign of ageing.

Chubby cheeks make the face look a bit fuller at a young age. This is due to the presence of subcutaneous fat lying under the skin. This fat ensures that your cheeks give your face a healthy and chubby look. However, this fat gets reduced with age, thus resulting in saggy skin. This further makes you look older than your age.

Well, this does not mean that you need to consume fat to make your cheeks look chubby. You can of course get it by toning the facial muscles. So, let us take a look at various natural ways to get chubby cheeks.

  1. Olive Oil

Olive oil is a great remedy to achieve a radiant and healthy skin. It is a rich source of monounsaturated fats that are healthy and thus, help in getting a soft and supple skin. Olive oil is also a great moisturizing agent and thus, best for people having dry skin. It also works on fine lines and wrinkles and thus lessens their appearance.

Just consume one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil on a regular basis. Besides, you can also massage your cheeks with lukewarm olive oil for about 10 minutes. Do it daily to get younger looking face.

  1. Fenugreek

Fenugreek is another great remedy to get chubby cheeks. The presence of vitamins and antioxidants in it fight against free radicals, which are responsible for damaging the skin and therefore, cause ageing.

All you need to do is mix one tablespoon of fenugreek powder in some water to get a thick paste. Apply this paste o your cheeks and then massage gently. Let it stay for around 10 minutes and then, rinse off. Do this remedy once in a day. You can also massage your cheeks with fenugreek oil. If you are using fenugreek oil, massage with it at least twice a day.

  1. Apples

Apples are a powerhouse of antioxidants, which help in preventing tissue damage and wrinkles. Besides, they aide soft and plump skin too.

Just blend half an apple to get a smooth paste. Apply this on your cheeks and then, massage in circular motion. After 20 minutes, wash your cheeks with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy daily for best results. Also, eating one apple a day is great for your skin.

  1. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera consists of skin-tightening properties and thus, delays the process of ageing. This further helps in preventing the cheeks from sagging. The antioxidants present in it boost skin elasticity and save the skin from free radical damage. This ensures that you look young and beautiful forever.

Just scoop out the gel from a fresh aloe vera leaf and then, massage your cheeks with it. Do it in circular motion for around 10 minutes. Now, let your absorb it for at least 10 minutes. Later rinse off with lukewarm water. Do it daily for promising results.

Drinking aloe vera juice is also a good option for getting a healthy and radiant skin.

  1. Honey

Honey was once Cleopatra’s beauty secret. So, it is high time you make it yours and thus, flaunt your beautiful skin wherever you go. Honey acts as a humectant, which is a process of retaining moisture in the skin. This makes your skin look healthy and plump. Besides, honey contains antioxidants, which keep your skin protected from free radical damage.

You can try another concoction with honey. Mix one table spoon of honey in a spoon of papaya pulp. To get papaya pump, you need to blend a ripe slice of papaya in the blender. After mixing, apply this paste on your cheeks and then allow it to stay for a minimum of 15 minutes. Later, rinse off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy every day to get chubby cheeks.
