    My menstrual bleeding has been unusually heavy for the past few months, so I’m looking for an effective remedy that will lessen my flow. I didn’t know that apple cider vinegar might help with a heavy flow. Perhaps using some kind of tonic for flushing out the toxins in my body might help me after all.
