  1. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is a powerhouse of anti-microbial, essential for fighting infections such as pink eye. Moreover, the presence of malic acid in unpasteurized apple cider vinegar is quite helpful in combating bacterial infections.Take two teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar in one cup of filtered water. Now dip a cotton swab in this solution and wipe your eye with it. Do it at regular intervals for around three days. Besides, you can also use this solution as an eye drop.

  1. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is another universal healer that contains astringent and antibiotic properties. Therefore, it is quite effective in curing Conjunctivitis.Just soak a few chunks of fresh aloe vera gel in a cup of boiled and then cooled water. A concoction of lukewarm milk and honey is great for providing relief to a pink eye naturally. This is because milk is known for its soothing effect and therefore, it reduces inflammation. Mix well till the mixture becomes smooth and flowy. Now add three drops of this mixture in the infected eye with the help of an eyedropper. Repeat it a couple of times in a day.   1. Cold or Warm Compress

A cold compress or warm compress is helpful in easing various symptoms of pink eye, such as itching and swelling. It is especially helpful in case it is caused by an allergic reaction. Once cooled, place it on your eyelid for about 10 minutes. Repeat it thrice a day. You can also use green tea or chamomile tea bags in place of regular tea.
