Our body responds to each and everything that happens to us. Stress is also a form of response given by our body. Our body releases various hormones and chemicals in the response of mental and physical actions. There could be numerous reasons for stress in a working professional’s life, few common ones are, stress due to workload, deadlines, stress for survival, overworking, low confidence, etc. It is very necessary to find the reasons behind our stress and to deal well with them, as stress if ignored could lead to severe depression and to many other mental hazards. Living a stress free life makes us happy and also this fills the positive vibes and energy in our life and surroundings.

Drinking plenty of water and green tea detoxifies blood and helps maintaining the blood circulation.
Massaging- Massaging soothes our senses and makes our body calm. It is being used for stress relieving since ancient times and has many other benefits too. The certain essential oils like lavender, jasmine, peppermint, etc, are considered to be best for massaging and soothing the body. Massaging not only removes stress but also is much beneficial in healing headaches, insomnia and anxieties. Benefits of massage therapy are getting expanded day by day.
Yoga and meditation- Yoga and meditation are a disciplined practice that involves both mind and body. There are many styles and poses for yoga and this basically focuses on breathing, meditation, and stress reduction and in overall fitness.
Herbal supplement- There are many factors responsible for stress, being healthy and happy is the best way to fight against stress. Stress and anxieties could be caused due to deficiency of mineral and vitamins. May be it is possible that you are having a proper diet; still you may need some herbal supplements to make fulfill your body’s requirements. Supplements having the goodness of ginseng and ashwagandha are considered to be best for stress management.
