Ingredients:
♦ 2 cups apple juice
♦ 2 cloves (laung / lavang)
♦ 2 cinnamon (dalchini) sticks
♦ 1 tablespoon honey
♦ 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Method:
In a medium sized pan, mix together the apple juice, cloves and cinnamon. Bring it to a boil slowly. Strain the juice and discard the cloves and cinnamon.
Add the honey along with the required amount of lemon juice and mix it well.
Serve immediately.
