Bath- Bathing with warm water with few drops of lavender oil in it soothes the muscles. Lavender calms the nervous system and keeps the body on comfort zone, also it provide a great relief from stress. A warm bath before sleeping will lead to a comfortable, stress free and deep sleep. You can add five to six drops of pure lavender oil in warm water to get a pleasing bath.

Meditation and Yoga- Practicing yoga or meditation keeps the stress out of us. It makes us feel fresh and also this increases our concentration power. Back stretches, neck roll and shoulder roll are some effective pose of yoga that soothes the muscles and also controls the blood circulation in order to keep the body stable and.

Herbal supplements- If you are not able to sleep because of some stress or hormonal disorder. You can go through the some herbal supplements to fulfil your body’s requirements. Market is flooded of the supplements and medicines to promote sleep but there could be side effects or disorders of the chemical products.
