For both simple and serious reasons, tea is the superhero of all beverages most simply because it is versatile. There are many beverages on earth but one of them which are seemed a nutritious and useful drink for your health is tea. There is much organic tea which has many health benefits-
- Green Tea- The many well-researched health benefits of green tea make it a great beverage to include in your diet for the prevention and treatment of many disease. If you look at the ingredients list for any fat burning supplement, chances are that green tea will be on there. More importantly, tea is touted for its health benefits including high antioxidant and vitamin C levels and more. From a weight loss aid to targeting pancreatic cancer, green tea has evolved into a medicinal drink that caters to a myriad of illnesses. So we should have 1 or two cup green tea in a day.
- Tulsi Tea- The “Queen of Herbs,” also known as Holy Basil (Tulsi) is the most sacred herb of India. Tulsi is traditionally served as a tea and is considered fairly safe, but consult your doctor before taking it as a medicinal, particularly if you are taking other medications. If you love herbal tea, you most likely already know chamomile tea as the 'night-time' tea. It is basically an herb that originates from a blooming plant in the daisy gang. Chamomile has been found to contain fairly strong antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory constituents. Chamomile tea is very useful for insomnia and immunity booster also.
- Cinnamon Tea- You can enjoy the many benefits of cinnamon tea whether you love a pure cinnamon tea or prefer it blended or added to other teas. To prepare this tea, boil a 3-inch piece of cinnamon stick in 1 1/4 cups of water for 15 to 25 minutes, and then let it steep and rest for another 15 minutes. Cinnamon tea is naturally low in calories and can help regulate your blood sugar levels, which could lead to consuming fewer calories and helping with weight gain. Cinnamon tea has anti-bacterial properties and anti-inflammatory properties which can prevent of indigestions and unwanted weight gain.
- Lemon Tea- If you’re holding a cup of ginger lemon tea in your hand, and then you’re on the right track. Lemon tea is not only shields your body from the early stages of diabetes but also helps to avert diabetes complications if you already have high blood sugar. So we should have one or two cup lemon tea in a day to get more health benefits.
