Owing to the presence of vitamin C, it promotes immunity and ensures proper absorption of minerals by the body. All you need to do is add two teaspoons each of honey, amla juice and lemon juice in about one cup of water. Consume this solution daily in the morning on empty stomach. Follow the remedy at least for three months.Alternately, take one tablespoon of amla powder and mix it in a cup of water. Let it steep for the entire night and then add two teaspoons of lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper in it the next morning. Stir well and then drink it on empty stomach.
