High Cholesterol is a very common condition in not only our country but across the world. Maintaining proper levels of Cholesterol is very important for the health of your heart. High Cholesterol is coming across as a very common lifestyle disease nowadays and a recent research found that 72% Indians have low levels of good cholesterol and 80% Indians have high levels of bad cholesterol levels. Grape Seed Extract:

Grape Seed Extract is effective for the reduction of cholesterol levels along with reducing the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the body.

Ginseng:

Ginseng has been effective in the reduction of cholesterol along with being instrumental in the cure of ADHD, Digestive disorders, Neuro disorders and heart ailments.

Green Tea:

Loaded with antioxidants and nutrients; Green Tea has many benefits. It not only reduces cholesterol; but also burns fats, helps in weight reduction, improves brain function, lower risk of cancers, lowers the risk of Alzheimer and Parkinson’s disease, lowers the risk of type II Diabetes, protects the heart from cardio vascular disease etc.
