Enjoy A Tasty Appetizer With Fruit Salsa And Cinnamon Chips

Fruit Salsa And Cinnamon ChipsFruit Salsa and Cinnamon chips are easy to make an appetizer or a snack that is great to be consumed anytime. Cinnamon tortilla chips add the flavor while the fruits add the required sweetness to it.

INGREDIENTS:

2 kiwis, peeled and diced

2 Golden apples - peeled,cored and diced

8 ounces of raspberries

1 pound of strawberries

2 tablespoons of white sugar

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

3 tablespoons of fruit preserves (any flavor)

10 (10 inches) flour tortillas butter flavored cooking spray

2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar

1. Take a large bowl and thoroughly mix the kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar, and fruit preserves. Cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
3. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with the required butter flavored cooking spray. Cut it into wedges and arrange it in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

4. Sprinkle wedges with the desired amount of cinnamon sugar. In the end, spray it again with some more cooking spray.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat it with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow it to cool approximately 15 minutes and then serve it with a mixture of cold fruits from the fridge.
