Recipe:
Serving size: 2 cups approximately
Dry ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Organic Ragi Flour
- 1tablespoon Organic Whole Wheat Atta
- 1 tablespoon Organic Flax Seed Powder
- 4 tablespoon Cocoa
Wet ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 3 tablespoon Organic Raw Honey
- 3 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Essence
Procedure:
- Pre-heat the oven to 375F. Line the baking tray with a baking sheet and grease it with vegetable oil.
- Combine all the ingredients and make it into a soft and smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into two portions.
- Roll each half on the baking sheets.
- Roll it as thin as possible.
- With the help of a knife cut it into squares.
- Bake it for 8 to 10 minutes until it is cooked through.
- Remove the tray from the oven.
- Spread the Ragi squares on a plate and let it cool.
- Store the Ragi Chocolate squares in an airtight container.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve it with warm milk and honey for extra sweetness. You can also substitute almond milk for your regular dairy milk. You can eat it as a breakfast cereal or by itself as a cracker for snack time.
