Nourish You Natural Chia Seeds 150gm

Serving size: 1 serving glass

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Chia Seed Gel (see recipe below)
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 organic green tea bag
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon organic raw honey
  • Pinch of salt

Organa Organic Chia Seeds 100gm

Procedure:

  1. Boil 200 ml of water and pour it into a tall serving glass.
  2. Drop the tea bag into the glass and allow it to steep for a few minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bag and allow the tea to cool.
  4. Add the lemon juice, salt, and honey.
  5. Give a quick stir until all the ingredients combine.
  6. Place the glass in the fridge to cool.
  7. Take out from the fridge and stir in the Chia gel right before serving.

Chia Seed Gel:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon organic chia seeds
  • 2 cups of water

Turn Organic Honey 250gm

Procedure:

  1. Take the water in a glass and mix the chia seeds in it.
  2. Give it a standing time of 2 minutes.
  3. Stir the mix again.
  4. Then allow it to stand for another 15 min, until all chia seeds have absorbed the water to form a nice gel.
  5. Store the gel in a covered glass container and you can refrigerate it for up to two weeks.
  6. You can use chia gel in any beverage like smoothie and lemonades.

Serving Suggestions:

You can skip green tea, if you do not want. You can also serve it with a dollop of vanilla ice cream for dessert.
