We have many options to select cooking oil but choosing the best one depends on us only. Organic cooking oils are having a vast variety, some of them are very beneficial and some are not. Choosing the best and healthiest could be a bit difficult, but this very crucial step that we need to take for us. Basically cooking oils are varied into three groups: Saturated, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. Choosing cooking oil carefully will lead to a healthier lifestyle and overall well-being.

Coconut oil is best to be chosen as this helps preventing infections and extra weight gain and beneficial for heart patients too.
Olive oil- Olive oil is consisting unsaturated fat and works like a good antioxidant. Due to its composition with unsaturated fat, some people think that it is not appropriate for cooking purpose. But the truth is that olive oil is a gift to us by nature and could stand as magnificent cooking oil. There are many reasons to use this oil as it is great for heart, it is rich in vitamin E and its anti oxidation properties makes it a worthy oil. According to studies use of olive oil is getting increased day by day, as researchers are revealing its beneficial properties every day. But yes, try avoiding deep fries with this oil.
Flax oil- Flax oil is considered to be rich on omega 3 fats and is considered to be best for high blood pressure and cardiac health.
Groundnut oil- Groundnut oil is considered to be great for maintaining cholesterol level and is beneficial for heart too. It is extracted from groundnuts and is widely used for cooking. There are several benefits of this oil like, it keeps skin nourished, enhances immune system, maintains blood circulation and is having great anti oxidant properties too.
Avocado oil- Here is one another edible oil that is widely used for cooking and is having many beneficial properties. This helps keeping body detoxified and helps great in losing weight too. It is a rich source of oleic acid; this prevents infection and other harmful microbial activities. Being monounsaturated in nature, it is considered to be the best for cooking in high temperature and also this improves digestion.
