Is Desi Ghee fattening or a must have for healthy joints and overall well-being?

As Rajukta Tiwari said, "Eat 4-5 tea spoons of ghee every day. It is good for the gut bacteria and will actually help in reducing abdomen fat. "

Now what?

You didn't listen when your mother insisted you to have a teaspoon of ghee in your dal or smear little amount on your roti. The pure desi ghee has immense quality which can't be measured. There is no expiry date of unadulterated pure ghee, the older is as healthier as fresh.

  • Vitamin K1 caters to blood clotting, Vitamin K2 works on a synergistic basis with other nutritive substances like vitamin D and calcium. It is best known for calcium distribution for healthy bones and teeth.
  • Conjugated Linoleic Acid or CLA, is known for its anti-viral and antioxidant properties. This compound is obtained from grass-fed cows only, making organic ghee a rich source of CLA.
