Men are inching towards baldness as early as in their 20s, and that's a giant leap from our fathers' generation that hoped to walk into their 40s with a full crop of hair.
The use of anti- hair fall products has increased drastically especially by the youngsters.
Losing hair is far from being a modern concern, but premature balding, is turning out to be more of a trend than rarity. And the way we live our lives has more to do with it than genes or plain bad luck. What has changed over just a period of one generation?

Well, here are some of the major ones-

Malnutrition-

The relationship between food and hair is quite simple. The more the intake amount of protein is, the more the hair will grow. Since time has become very fast, so is the intake amount of fast foods and other unhygienic products. Suffice to say, following a low- protein diet can make a person bald in no time.

Early to bed, early to rise-

This quote has become pointless. Youngsters spend too much time in other activities that they often forget how important it is to get 7-8 hours of sleep. Without the daily amount of rest, the body automatically gets tired from within and starts to develop heat from the inside. This heat is showcased on the by the loss of hair and other health related problems.

Stress becomes a spoil sport-

Notice how the hair color of Indian cricket ODI captain M.S. Dhoni (captain Cool) has changed since 2008. Being under stress can not only make one think but it also makes one over think a simple situation. When put under a situation of constant pressure and tension the body becomes really tired; it might actually be crying from the inside but all for no use.

So by putting oneself in a stressful position is really unhealthy.

Smoking your hair away-

Here is yet another reason to quit smoking. Smoking actually prevents the blood from reaching the most important parts of the hair follicles. Nicotine that is present in cigarettes narrows down the arteries and veins, thus blocking the blood.

Drinking can also be a reason for hair loss. Alcohol has the ability to absorb the iron content that is present in the blood. Needless to say, consuming more alcohol can cause hair fall.

How to reduce?

In simple terms, one will have to the opposite of all that was mentioned above. The anti- hair fall products can be used, but first thing is first-

NOTE-At an average a person can lose about 50-100 strands of hair, and this is completely normal.

Consult a doctor-

The first time one notices an increased amount of hair fall, it is best advised to consult a doctor. A doctor might be able to tell the exact reason for the hair fall.

Following-

Following the exact prescription of the doctor is really important. The proper anti-hair fall products must be used on a regular basis.

Hair fall is the second biggest problem to youngsters other than their girlfriend’s shopping list (no offence), but with the correct anti-hair fall products the problem will be reduced and the hair will starting growing again (just like the girlfriend’s list).

NOTE- During the first week of usage of correct anti- hair fall products it is very important to monitor the hair properly; if there any problems stop using the product immediately and consult a doctor again.
