Coconut

 

Coconut  or an organic oil that has a lot of nutrients which is vital for preventing hair loss. It doesn’t just promote hair loss but also conditions it. It reduces the dry texture of your hair and gives you a proper full head of hair. It also ensures that hair breakage is prevented due to the rich potassium content and iron content present in it. You can use the coconut in various ways but the most common way is to warm a bit of coconut oil and massage it into your scalp. After that just wash it off after an hour. Apply it on the area which you think is thinning or balding and just let it stay overnight. Wash it off in the morning.

Onion juice

 

Onion juice is a very rich source of sulphur which is great for increasing hair growth. The onion juice increases hair fall due to its high collagen production qualities. Just putting it on the scalp where it is thinning for a few weeks will help you see massive differences. It is very easy to use as well. Just get the juice out of an onion by chopping and squeezing it. Apply that juice on your scalp and let it dry for fifteen to twenty minutes. Rinse your entire hair and then use a natural shampoo that will help aid hair re-growth. Le your hair air dry for better results. Use this method twice a week to get the desired results.

Garlic

 

Just like onion Garlic also has a high sulphuric content. Apply it to your hair in the same way. Crush little garlic and add a little bit of coconut oil to it after which boil it. And rub the juice over the parts of your scalp where hair fall is taking place. Leave it like that for around thirty minutes after which rinse with shampoo. It is effective if your do it at least twice a week.

 

Henna

 

Henna is a natural hair colour which is also perfect for preventing hair falls. Boil around 250ml of mustard oil and add 60g of dried henna leaves. Filter the oil and then massage it on your scalp daily. Make sure that you keep the concoction in an airtight container. Keep the henna in your hair for at least an hour before you wash it off with shampoo.

Hibiscus is perfect for nurturing hair growth and making sure that no grey streaks can be found in your hair. It is also known to treat dandruff and prevent hair fall. Crush the hibiscus flowers and mix sesame or coconut oil to it making a paste. Apply this paste n your scalp and leave it there for a few hours. Rinse off the paste with water and use an organic shampoo that promotes hair re-growth.

Amla contains copious amounts of vitamin C which is perfect for providing your hair with antioxidants which will enrich the texture as well as protect your hair from breakage. It can also reverse hair loss if it is in its initial stage. Mix amla juice or powder with lemon juice and apply it on your scalp. Leave the entire concoction to dry and rinse hair with lukewarm water.

 Egg 

 

The egg has several nutrient qualities which can prevent or control hair fall. Its rich source of sulphur and phosphorous promote hair growth extensively. Take the white of an egg and beat it with a bit of coconut oil. Apply it on your hair twice a week for around thirty minutes and then rinse with shampoo and water.
