Orange is a natural bleaching agent and there, lightens the complexion of the skin. Orange peels are really effective in performing this function. To naturally bleach your skin, all you need to do is two large oranges blend them to get a pulp. In a separate container blend the peels with some milk. Mix both the concoctions well and apply on your skin. After half an hour, wash off with cold water. A repeated use will help you lighten your skin tone.

Dry orange peels under the sun. Grind them and store in a container in a cool and dry place. Just scrub your skin with this powder before taking a bath. This will surely give you a smooth and radiant skin.

Take fresh orange peels and extract the juice out of them. This juice is quite effective as a face wash. Just apply it on your face and wash off once it dries.

If you wish to have a lustrous mane, use oranges. For this, just extract the juice of some oranges. To this juice, add some honey and mix well. Apply this hair mask and allow it to stay for about 10 minutes. Later, wash off with some lukewarm water.

Blackheads make your otherwise radiant skin look dull and patchy. Then generally appear on the area surrounding the nose and on the chin.  To get rid of them, mix some curd and powder of dried orange peel. Mix well and apply a thick paste on the affected area. Gently scrub off the skin in circular motion for a few minutes and then, let it dry. Later, wash off with lukewarm water.

Oranges maintains the skin elasticity and keep it tight. It is quite effective as a toner too. The process of toning helps in getting rid of the dirt and dust from the pores, thus allowing the skin to breathe.  Owing to the presence of vitamin C, and antioxidants, the skin maintains the right amount oil. This helps in easy removal of dead skin cells, thus making your skin firm and glowing.

Each 100 grams of orange peel contains 161 milligrams of calcium. So, either incorporate oranges in your daily diet or use orange peels in your beauty regime.
