Lemon is known to have a natural calming effect and thus eases the feeling of nausea. In case you have a nausea feeling, take one teaspoon each of mint juice and lemon juice and mix it with half teaspoon of ginger juice and a tablespoon of honey. Savor this concoction at least three times in a day for better results.Alternately, add one teaspoon each of lemon juice and mint juice in some sugar. Mix well and eat it thrice a day. You can also squeeze juice of one lemon and mix it in a glass of a glass of water. Drink it in the morning daily to prevent the feeling of nausea. Chewing a lemon-flavored candy is also a great option.
- Ginger
Ginger is another great remedy to get rid of morning sickness. It consists of gingerols and shogaols, which are chemicals that provide relief from nausea and vomiting.Mix around six drops of ginger juice in one teaspoon of honey. Consume this concoction in the morning after waking up. Alternately, boil a few slices of ginger in some water. Simmer till the water is reduced to half. Once the water cools down, strain it and mix a spoon of honey in it. Let it cool and then add some honey. Drink it regularly in the morning. Sipping a cup of ginger tea is also helpful in easing morning sickness. Consume it not more than two times in a day. Besides, sucking a slice of ginger or a ginger candy can also provide relief from the feeling of nausea.
- Curry Leaves
Curry leaves not only enhance the taste of your recipes but is also a great remedy for easing morning sickness. All you need to do is extract the juice by crushing a few curry leaves. Now mix this juice with some lemon juice and sugar. Consume it regularly in the morning to get rid of the symptoms of nausea and vomiting.Also, mix some curry leaves’ juice with two teaspoons of lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey. Savor it for about two times in a day.

Peppermint possesses anesthetic property and thus, helps in calming the stomach and easing the feeling of nausea.Just make a cup of peppermint tea for yourself. To prepare it, add one tablespoon of peppermint leaves in one cup of boiling water. Let the water absorb its aroma for 10 minutes and then strain it. Add some sugar or honey to sweeten the solution.Try another concoction by pouring in a few drops of peppermint essential oil on a piece of clean cloth and then, inhale is smell. You can also suck peppermint candies to get some relief.

Fennel seeds have an aromatic smell and flavor. They not only aide digestion but also provides relief from the symptoms of morning sickness. These seeds possess anesthetic components that keep the feeling of nausea at bay.All you need to do is chew a few seeds of fennel seeds after every meal. This remedy initiates proper digestion and thus does not make you nauseate. You can also drink a cup of fennel tea. To prepare it, just crush a few fennel seeds and add them to a cup of boiling water. Let them steep for five minutes before straining. Add some lemon juice and honey in it before consuming.
