As per Ayurveda, coriander seeds are a great remedy to reduce heavy flow during menstrual cycle. It basically improves the uterine functioning and balances female hormones.To use it, just take one teaspoon of coriander seeds and add it to two cups of water. Now boil this water till the quantity is reduced to half. Once the solution cools down, strain it and add a spoon of honey. Drink it in lukewarm temperature three times in a day during periods to reduce your heavy blood flow.
