Organic grains or organic whole grains are the grains which are naturally produced without the use of pesticides, herbicides and insecticides. Organic grains do not undergo the process of milling which destroys all their nutritional value. In fact, organic grains are traditionally produced so that all their nutritional components like vitamins, enzymes, amino acids and fiber are contained within the grain.
