What is Asthma?

Eat green leafy vegetables, walnuts and seeds, fish, soybean, banana and dark chocolates. These are foods high on magnesium content and thus improve the flow of oxygenated bold back and forth lungs.

  1. Make omega-3 your best friend- Omega 3 has properties of DHA and EPA which can dilate your bronchial tubes. This increases the airway and helps in reducing asthma attacks. Fish is a major source of Omega-3. Other rich sources of omega-3 are walnuts and flaxseeds .

  1. Use natural cleaners- Synthetic cleaners contain irritants, which can aggravate your allergic reactions. Instead, choose natural cleaners  without irritating smell. Thyme is an excellent anti-bacterial as well as has a soothing fragrance. Choose thyme essential oil as air freshener. Avoid chemicals like chlorine.

  1. Increase your immunity power- Eat healthy and rely on a balanced diet. Do not include much of oily and spicy foods. Neem and Tulsi extracts are good for improving your immunity power.
