To use it, all you need to do is just rub a slice of ginger on the scar and let its juice dry up. If you repeat this treatment at least two times a day, you will see a remarkable improvement in a month’s time.

Take equal quantities of ginger, lemon juice and honey and mix well. Apply this mask and let it stay till it dries up.  Wash off with normal water. You can tighten your skin and help in regeneration of new cells by applying a ginger based scrub. To make it, take half cup of sugar and add about four spoons of olive oil, two spoons of lemon juice, two tablespoons of grated ginger and some lemon zest to it. Mix will and scrub off that extra cellulite with this exfoliating mixture. You can also store it for up to two weeks at least.

Besides delaying the signs of ageing, ginger acts on pimple-causing bacteria as well. Its cleansing and antiseptic properties reduces pimple causing bacteria, thus keeping your skin thoroughly clean. Applying ginger juice on your pimple-prone skin can be a really effective remedy.

If you have suffered burns and blisters, ginger can help in healing them. However, it is suggested that that ginger should not be applied on fresh burn. Once the skin cools down a bit, its application can help in quick healing.
