Essential oils possess therapeutic properties which can be made use of by using them in roll-on. Mix ½ tsp fractionated Coconut oil, ½ tsp Jojoba oil and 12 – 25 drops of any essential oil of your choice like Vanilla or Lavender and fill the mixture into a 10 ml roll-on bottle. Snap on the roll-on and store it in a cool and dark place. For aromatherapy use, shake the roll-on to ensure that the ingredients are properly mixed and apply the roll-on at pressure points on your body – behind the ears, on the temples, inside your wrists or even on the bottoms of your feet, which will surely make you feel good.

Mix 30 drops Lavender, 15 drops Vetiver, 10 drops Frankincense and 10 drops Orange n a roll-on. Top it with 1 tsp Almond oil and store in a cool and dark place. Apply the roll-on to the back of your neck or the bottoms of your feet whenever you are stressed out.

  • Roll-on for Relieving Anxiety

Lavender is a great essential oil for relieving your stress. Combined with other essential oils, it can help you to overcome your anxiety and help you to get over your worries.

In a roll-on mix 30 drops Peppermint, Lavender, 10 drops each of Frankincense, Wintergreen and Birch. Top off the roll-on with Almond oil or any other carrier oil. Whenever you are anxious and worried roll it over on the back of your neck or on your temples.
