With these easy steps you will manicure you nails at home!

Things you need:

  • Nail polish remover (prefer non acetone ones)
  • Cotton balls
  • Nail clippers
  • Moisturizer
  • Hand Wash
  • Cuticle remover
  • Scrub
  • Warm water
  • Nail file (crystal or emery board)
  • Transparent base and top coat; color Nail Polish

Step 1:

Clean your hand by using a hand wash and clean any nail polish residue with non acetone remover by taking a few drops on cotton balls.

Step 2:

Cut and file your nails so that no uneven edges can be seen. You can cut it in any shape you like, opt for round shape for convenience. Don’t make your nails triangular with sharp edges, you may get hurt by your nails afterwards. But too smooth nail cannot hold nail polish. So, be aware of that.

Step 3:

Soak you finger nails in lukewarm water for 5 minutes to get rid of dust between nails. You can mix Epsom salt in lukewarm water or mix organic products in warm water. Clean the water by a dry towel.

Step 4:

By using a scrub, clean the dead cells of your hands. You can mix sugar cubes, coconut oil and few drops of lemon juice to make your own scrub but make sure to use it before the sugar cube melts. Alternatively you can use organic scrubs too.

Step 5:

Use cuticle pusher to push back excess cuticles from your nails. You can put few drops of cuticle remover before doing it. Since cuticles help to protect nails from bacteria and damage, so pushing it back too far can hamper nail growth or cut your skin.

Step 6:

Use the non greasy organic nail and cuticle cream to get strong nails and prevent nail peeling and splitting. Massage it on nails and push back cuticles gently.

Step 7:

Don’t forget to use base coat to get rid of nail chipping or staining. Put a thin layer of base coat.

Step 8:

Now use your favorite nail polish. Apply a thin coat at the middle and then paint two sides. When it becomes dry, apply another coat by same method. Make sure to apply thin layer so that it stays on the nails for a long time.

Step 9:

If the last step has not gone well, don’t worry. Use top coat so that it can smoothes away any flaw or uneven coat. It increases longevity of your nail polish.

Step 10:

Now wait for some time to dry it. Use moisturizer again to keep your nails and cuticles moisturized.

In 10 simple steps, you will get beautiful nail without the help of any professional!
