During pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester, a lot of women have a feeling of nausea or vomit during the morning hours. This condition is often referred to as morning sickness.Well, this morning sickness can be a result of several factors, such as certain type of odors, food smell, anxiety, fatigue, and vitamin and mineral deficiencies.Well, in most cases this tendency of morning sickness is considered to be completely normal. However in case of severe discomfort, you can try out a few home remedies. That is why we have listed a few of them for you.However, do not completely rely on these remedies and do consult your doctor before trying them out.
  1. Lemon

Lemon is known to have a natural calming effect and thus eases the feeling of nausea. In case you have a nausea feeling, take one teaspoon each of mint juice and lemon juice and mix it with half teaspoon of ginger juice and a tablespoon of honey. Savor this concoction at least three times in a day for better results.Alternately, add one teaspoon each of lemon juice and mint juice in some sugar. Mix well and eat it thrice a day. You can also squeeze juice of one lemon and mix it in a glass of a glass of water. Drink it in the morning daily to prevent the feeling of nausea. Chewing a lemon-flavored candy is also a great option.

Ginger is another great remedy to get rid of morning sickness. It consists of gingerols and shogaols, which are chemicals that provide relief from nausea and vomiting.Mix around six drops of ginger juice in one teaspoon of honey.
