A mixture of almond and milk is a great remedy to regulate blood pressure. All you need to do is soak around six almonds in a cup of water for the entire night. Strain them the next morning and then peel off their skin. Afterwards, grind them to get a fine paste. Now boil this paste with a cup of milk and then drink it in the morning. Do it daily to keep your blood pressure under check.

Rosemary is an aromatic herb, which is really helpful in normalizing low blood pressure. This is because it stimulates the central nervous system and thus improves blood circulation in the body.
