Acnes are very detrimental to good skin health. It is an obstruction that prevents you from washing your face or even just having a good sleep. Many times, the acnes are accidentally damaged and the scar will remain forever. It is exactly why many people fear living with acnes. Some people just have a natural immunity to acne, but there are others who catch acne too often. There are several solutions to minimize acne, and one such solution is applying face masks and scrubs. In this post, we look at four of the best masks and scrubs for acne prone skin.

Honey and Cinnamon

Honey and cinnamon are known for their cosmetic value. They can trap the micro-organisms and prevent acne from occurring. To start preparing the facemask, mix a teaspoon of honey with a teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix them both by blending them into a soft mass. If the mixture feels a little too thick, then it can be adjusted for softness by adding more honey. Spread the mixture on your face evenly and leave it to rest for about 15 minutes.

Yogurt and Honey

Yogurt is a natural ingredient that is used to treat skin for acne related problems. It is also used in general to improve the skin tone. A teaspoon of yogurt maintained at room temperature should be mixed well with a teaspoon of honey. This mixture can be applied to the face directly or by using cotton swabs. The first step is to apply it in the form of a thin layer and then keep adding more layers as required. Rinse the mask thoroughly after 15 minutes and dry face with a towel.

Egg White

The white part of egg is a common ingredient used in the preparation of cosmetic products for its richness in vitamin and proteins. Take about three eggs of egg white and whisk it to bring a froth. Rinse your face thoroughly with water and dry before applying the mask. The mask should be applied in thin dry layers. Leave the mask for 20 minutes before the final rinsing.

Oatmeal

Oatmeal has qualities that are very beneficial to skin’s health. Prepare about a single serve of an oatmeal and add two teaspoons of honey to it. Wait until the temperature is down to room levels and then apply on face evenly. Leave the mask for about thirty minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with towel.
