CEO’s seem to have an uncanny ability to do it all even though they’re allotted the same 24hrs as everyone else. Some of the common habits of successful CEO’s of the world are:
Climbing up the ladder of success needs a lot of focus, devotion and hard-work. We should make our health a priority and look after it by following certain exercising and eating rituals. Being a fitness enthusiast myself, I happen to ask this question to many people including entrepreneurs. Many say weight training, running, yoga etc. One answer that specifically caught my mind was from Varun Manian . After an hour of yoga, he believes in training his mind as well through meditation, puzzles etc. This keeps the whole of body active. Nonetheless, It is always interesting and amusing to know and understand great people’s regime.
