Just take a portion of aloe Vera leaves from your plant and remove the inner gel by scraping it out. Apply this gel to the affected skin and just continue to work. Within ten minutes, you will be able to sense the cooling effect and can see that the inflammation and redness  slowly vanishing.

Make your own foot scrub:

 Take two table spoons of Oatmeal and two tablespoons of corn meal and add one cup of water and allow it to boil.

Cook well till the oatmeal softens and then mash them to form a paste.

Apply this paste to your foot and heels and scrub well. You can wash it with warm water after fifteen minutes. You willnotice that your foot has become baby soft.
