  1. Lemon and other citrus fruits:

The best natural way to prevent you from having cough and cold is to have lots and lots of vitamin c. it is known to build immunity and as lemon all citrus fruits are full of vitamin c, doctors also advice in winters specially to include vitamin c in order to prevent from these viruses.
