The immune system considers vegetables, fruits and greens containing antioxidants and polyphenols as good and doesn't cause inflammation. Studies have shown that these foods are also effective in combating diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. The polyphenols found in coffee are also considered to have anti-inflammatory properties.

Eating habits play a huge role in reducing the levels of inflammation in the body. Your diet should have anti-inflammatory foods such as whole grains, vegetables, fruits, fish and healthy oils.
