There are various products such as proteins, yogurt and energy products, which have a high nutrient value and contains high kilojoules too. Thus, always preferring health bars is not a wise choice. The chocolates to be consumed must contain dry fruits and nuts.

  • Full fat dairy products are high in calories

It is believed that full fat dairy products have high calories and lead to heart diseases and obesity. But, certain studies have proved that it’s just a myth. The fatty components of the dairy products are very beneficial for the health and choosing low fat is a very bad idea instead.

  • Sugar is only bad because it provides empty calories

  • Potatoes are unhealthy
