There are two main kinds, osteo and rheumatoid, both of which affect the joint in different ways. Joint pain is a painful and degenerative condition marked by inflammation in the joints that causes stiffness and pain. Joints form the connections between bones. They provide support and help you move. Joints are the parts of your body where your bones meet. Joint pain refers to discomfort, aches, and soreness in any of the body’s joints. Joint pain can affect one or more joints.

Causes

  • Bursitis (inflammation of the cushioning pads around joints)
  • Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
  • Certain infectious diseases (such as mumps, influenza, and hepatitis)
  • Complex regional pain syndrome
  • Chondromalacia of the patella (breakdown of the kneecap’s cartilage)
  • Lyme disease
  • Infection of the bone
  • Bone cancer

 

Turmeric & Ginger Tea- Turmeric and ginger are both anti-inflammatory, and will help with oseto and rheumatoid arthritis. Turmeric is a yellow coloured powder ground from the root of the turmeric plant; it is also very useful for joint pain. You can take regularly ginger tea for reliving joint pain.

 

 

 

Peppermint and eucalyptus oil- good for muscle and joint pain, headache and nerve pain.  Peppermint essential oil gives a cooling sensation and has a calming effect on the body; it is highly affected on joint pain. If you have joint and muscle pain, just massage of eucalyptus oil on the surface of the skin helps to relieve stress and pain. Just take few drops of peppermint and eucalyptus oil and mix some drop of olive oil, mix it well together and apply on affected area, it will soothing and relieve joint pain.

 

Vitamin-D- Vitamin D can help regulate the immune system, ward off sickness and disease. Vitamin D can repair worn out joints. Boosting Vitamin D in your body you will surely Easing Pain.

 

 

 

Calcium- Calcium is the mineral in our bodies that builds bone and teeth and allows our nerves to signal muscles to contract. Calcium is a mineral important to a number of our normal bodily functions. Lack of calcium we feel of joint pain.
