Here, we are sharing some juices and their recipes that will not only boost up energy in minutes but will also take care of your skin and body.
Recipe- For 1 glass of beetroot juice you need to take 2 beetroots of medium size, half cup water, few pudina leaves and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients in a juicer and energy giving juice will be ready in few seconds.
Recipe- This juice can be prepared by taking 3 carrots, 1 stalk broccoli and 1 tablespoon of ginger juice. Mix all in a juicer and make your immune system strong!
Recipe-Take 2 big handfuls spinach, 3 stalks of broccoli, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and you can also 1 tomato if you want. Put all this in your juicer and once it’s done, consume fresh and feel the difference.
Recipe- ½ small papaya, 1 tablespoon of ginger juice, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix all this and drink whenever you suffer from digestion the next time.
Recipe- 1-ounce ginger, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 pinch of pepper powder.
Recipe- 8 stalks celery and 1 pinch cinnamon. Mix it and drink and stay fit!
