Cornflakes were born in the mid-18th century and since then it has been the favorite of all! The creator of cornflakes was Dr. John Harvey Kellogg and W K Kellogg. While it’s main ingredients are milled corn, sugar, and malt flavoring. It amounts to only few calories and this is the reason that people prefer taking flakes in their breakfast. It is being prepared by toasting the flakes of corn. These days various ingredients and grains are added to it to increase its nutritional value.
